Tweak

James 4:15
What you should say is this: If the Lord is willing, we will live and do this or that.


Planning is good.  However, do not be presumptuous of what is about to happen in the future.
God holds our future.  He knows what's ahead.  Therefore, plan with the intent of God possibly "tweaking" things around to align things in His will and way.  Remember, all God does is for our good and for His glory.  We can take that to the bank.


// Truly, truly, I am in the stage of planning.  Everything is "tentative" until God confirms it in due time.  As I plan, I will be open to the "tweaking" that God wants to do.  To not be bound with the plans as they should happen and occur or behave, but rather be flexible to God's ways as only His ways should be followed at all times.


// Lord, I will continually trust in YOU.  Even as I iron things out, help me to have the attitude of openness; that at anytime, you can "tweak" things around in the tangible plans you've allowed me to come up with.  Help me to always be led by Your Spirit - that  I will always hear where You want me to go.  Please guide me and help me to be guided solely by You in my decisions - personal, ministry, and with my relationships.  To You be ALL the praise and glory! In Jesus' name, amen.
