He is God

Psalm 100:3
Know that the Lord is God.
    It is he who made us, and we are his^[a];
    we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.

What a great reminder to let us know that our Lord is GOD.
Meaning, He can take care of everything in and about us.
Why worry?  Why fear?  Know that HE IS GOD!

I have been deeply rattled with thoughts and reactions of fear.  This scripture has reminded me that no matter what, my Lord is God in every situation - even the ones I do not understand or get.  He takes care of my needs.  Takes care of my worries.  Philippians 4:6-7 reminds me:

"⁶ Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. ⁷ And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

 I will constantly be thinking that MY LORD IS GOD.  He made me.  I am His.  I am His sheep.  I will trust in Him.  I will let Him be God in my life even if I don't understand it.

In my situations, I will let Him be God.  I will be faithful in what I need to be faithful to.  I will not carry burdens that are not mine.  I will endure.  I will persevere.  I will remain in His love.  I will and I can because my Lord is God!

Lord, You are my God and I will obey You and listen to You.  Forgive me for the times that I did not follow Your leading.  Forgive me for giving into fear and allowing my thoughts to drive me to what is not of You.  I pray that you will help me entrust all things to You for you are a God of control, order, power, sound mind and all the good things for me for the sake of Your name and glory.  May You remove anything in me that is not right before You.  May You guide me and let You shine in me.  In Jesus' name, amen.
