Proverbs 21

A person may think their own ways are right, but the Lord weighs the heart. The plans of the diligent lead to profit as surely as haste leads to poverty. The wise store up choice food and olive oil, but fools gulp theirs down. There is no wisdom, no insight, no plan that can succeed against the Lord. (Proverbs 21:2, 5, 20, 30 NIV)
