With God's Leading Comes Great Victory

2 Chronicles 25:7-10
7 But a man of God came to him and said, “Your Majesty, these troops from Israel must not march with you, for the LORD is not with Israel—not with any of the people of Ephraim. 8 Even if you go and fight courageously in battle, God will overthrow you before the enemy, for God has the power to help or to overthrow.”
9 Amaziah asked the man of God, “But what about the hundred talents I paid for these Israelite troops?”
The man of God replied, “The LORD can give you much more than that.”
10 So Amaziah dismissed the troops who had come to him from Ephraim and sent them home. They were furious with Judah and left for home in a great rage.

.. The Lord is powerful enough to do anything as He pleases.
.. If the Lord is not in  a specific cause or work we do, it may eventually be overthrown no matter how strategic we are or how effective we may seem to be.
.. Therefore, it is ALWAYS important to make sure our cause or work is "commissioned" by God - He will provide and He will direct and will help us conquer any form of set back or obstacle!
.. Trust in God's way of doing things; He knows what to do and we can find comfort and security in His plans and ways.

// A thanksgiving is E'lan Vital.  I know that God has been impressing in my heart to do something about this "little oil in my flask" - talents and abilities - and now, things have been moving forward and just trusting that God has a plan.

As for the other things that God may not have led me to do yet and/or telling me to do something about, I must just trust that He has a way of doing things.  To trust that His ways are higher than mine and He has a procedure of things to do . I will just be keen to listen to my "prophets" and my teachers, the Word, and God's direction - inner convictions.

// Lord, You are always so good and Your ways are higher than mine.  I will trust in You no matter what happens... Even if I do not understand many things right now, I know that Your hand is still with me.  Help me to just hold on to You and trust in Your unfailing ways because you love me and you will never lead me to a situation or a place of ruin.  You are good.  In Jesus' name, amen.
