The Best Solution

John 5:6-8 (NIV)
When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?”
7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.”

People:
.. Knows their situation (like the invalid man)
.. Has one or few other ways that they know how to be healed or fix a certain situation (like the man who only  knows that the pool had to stir and if he's the 1st one to jump in, he'd be healed)
.. We settle with what we know until something better/best comes along (Jesus came for the invalid man)

Jesus:
.. He's always there to provide the best avenue of healing or way to change things in our lives.  When we only know one way or two to fix situations, Jesus knows the best way.  When Jesus tells us to do something, to pick up our mat and walk, we must do it.  That's His way of doing things and we know it's the best.

.. Sometimes, people need the Jesus in us to help them in their situations when they also only know one or two ways.  Jesus is still the best solution.

BELLE // It's true, I've come to a point that I only knew one or two ways to fix my situations or be healed out of something.  But when we hear what Jesus has to say about it, we know we can find the best answer to our need - the ways to fix our situations, to heal our brokenness, and to let us live the life He envisioned for us to have.  I need to hear Jesus' words and see what He says daily because He's got the best solutions to my situations.

// AMEN, so be it, Lord.  You have the last say.  You have the best solution of everything in life.  I trust in You and I will also bring others to know You, the Solution to ALL life's needs.
