Ezekiel 13:21b
Then you will know that I am the Lord.
This phrase has been scattered throughout these past few chapters. What is getting to us about? No matter how rebellious people are or or how good people may be, or obedient or disobedient, GOD will still be God and the Lord.
God also brings important events to us so we can be reminded and be given a chance to change, if we were like the Israelites who constantly disobeyed the Lord. These events God allows are for us to see that He IS still the Lord. The One in control of the universe and the One who allows things, good and bad, to happen for us to see that He is who He says He is.
// The events that has happened in my b, good and bad, proves and shows that God is sovereign. I am responsible for my own life, how I live it and respond to His call in me.. therefore, I must make sure I am acknowledging the Lord and trusting that no matter what, He IS still God. I can trust to just do my job faithfully and never worry about how ppl are maybe getting away of what things they may be doing wrong, including me, because God is a personal God who knows every detail of me. He will act like The God in spite of all our experiences, because He is who He is. I can trust in Him. I will be faithful to Him.
// Lord, Your are great, good and Almighty. May You help me to fully rely on you no matter what the cost... and help me to remember that You are the God of the universe. Who is just. Who is impartial. I will trust in You at all times. In Jesus' name, amen.
