Titus 2:9-10

9[Tell] bond servants to be submissive to their masters, to be pleasing and give satisfaction in every way. [Warn them] not to talk back or contradict,

10Nor to steal by taking things of small value, but to prove themselves truly loyal and entirely reliable and faithful throughout, so that in everything they may be an ornament and do credit to the teaching [which is] from and about God our Savior.

Our integrity will bring credit, beauty, become an ornament, bring attractiveness and be a living testimonial to not only our bosses (or those over us) but to all people around us.

As a worker, I must make sure that God’s salvation is attractive by the how I work and serve.  Anything I do that is not related to my task, I must cease to do at an instant because that is somehow stealing of time of that work-time.  Be pure before the Lord in everything so God’s salvation will shine true in my life and others may see it.

// Lord, may You help me to always be pure and a living testimonial of what I need to do as Your worker.  When I am on task for something – whether at work or teaching, that I would be submissive, pleasing, give satisfaction, and not stealing even of small value – as what Paul has said for Titus to preach about.  I want to be a living example and testimony of Your salvation.  Please strengthen me Lord.  In Jesus’ name, amen.
