Daniel 3:28
Then Nebuchadnezzar said, “Praise be to the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, who has sent his angel and rescued his servants! They trusted in him and defied the king’s command and were willing to give up their lives rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.
When we really stand up for our convictions, even those who do not know the Lord will praise Him.
// I need to be more solid on my convictions based on the authority of God’s Word. When I know I am immovable with what God has grown for me to believe in my heart, people will point back to the Lord- ultimately giving glory to Him. I can trust that He will empower me to stand up for Him.
// Lord, empower me when I have been given the opportunity to show other people by standing up for Your name. I know I will be strengthened by You. May You just help me completely embrace it when I am on the spot. In Jesus’ name, amen.
