Your Part, His Part

Esther 7:7-8 (MSG)
Haman stood there pleading with Queen Esther for his life—he could see that the king was finished with him and that he was doomed. As the king came back from the palace garden into the banquet hall, Haman was groveling at the couch on which Esther reclined.

The idea here is that, Haman was angry at Esther's family and was planning their destruction going behind the king's back -- used his power to manipulate what he wants to do that's ungodly.  Yet, the Lord has His way in punishing the wicked.

Like Esther, God puts us in certain situations - many times uncomfortable to make us rely on His power -- esp when we are victims of those who are angry at "us" or "our own."  Remember that the Lord has His ways to avenge the righteous and those who are trusting in His ways.

// Just need to remember that God has given me responsibilities to do my part in certain situations.  I just need to do my part and the Lord will take care of the rest.  I can trust in Him and I know I will not be disappointed (though I have no right to be such at any time.)  WILL TRUST THE LORD AT ALL TIMES.  DO MY PART AND HE WILL DO THE REST! :)

// Lord, thanks again for reminding me that You are in control of things.  You have given me the opportunity to take part of the glory that you will one day reveal.   I just pray that you help me keep a clear conscience and just let you do your part.  Thank you Jesus!  I just commit to you everything in the name of Jesus' amen.
