Equipped To Produce

Now may the God of peace— who brought up from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great Shepherd of the sheep, and ratified an eternal covenant with his blood— may he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen. (Hebrews 13:20, 21 NLT)

What a beautiful prayer Paul (or the writer of Hebrews) has for the church.  Let this be our prayer as well on a day to day basis:

.. Equipped with what we need to do his will - THE HOLY SPIRIT

.. Produce every good thing that is pleasing to Him - THE WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

It is indeed only through the power of the Holy Spirit that we'll have the power to do his will and produce every good thing that is pleasing to The Lord. 

Observation:

..The Lord equips us to do His will.

..When we allow God to work in us, He will produce every good thing that is pleasing to Him through Jesus. 

I need to remember that God has already equipped  me to be doing His will. I gotta use my gadgets. I need to remember that God wants to produce every good thing through Christ in me.  I gotta let Him.

// Lord, help me to remember that you wanna use me to show others that bearing fruit through you is possible because you've already equipped us to be and do so. Thank you for your grace. I thank you for your love always. Love you so much God. Help me to show that at all times. In Jesus' name, amen.
