ALL that we need

Week 5 Day 5

Exodus 34; Psalm 16; Acts 9

Psalm 16:5-6, 11
⁵ LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup;
       you have made my lot secure.
 ⁶ The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places;
       surely I have a delightful inheritance.
 ¹¹ You have made known to me the path of life;
       you will fill me with joy in your presence,
       with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

 I feel for what David was experiencing - the joy of having and receiving in faith His inheritance.  We have been made known the path of life - the life being in Christ therefore, we know that there is joy in the presence of God including the eternal pleasures the Lord bestows.  What else do we need when we have ALL that we need?

I am satisfied in Christ.  I will delight in Him.  He has given me the path to life, I will walk in it for as long as I live.  Whatever I think I may need, He's already filled that for me and will manifest in due time according to His will and pleasure.  I will delight in the presence of God - I will invite Him in everything, consciously and intentionally.  I will enjoy His presence!


Thank you Lord.  You are ALL that I need.  Thank you for Your love that never leaves me.  I love You too!  And I will, by your grace, live for You daily.  In Jesus' name, amen.
