Psalm 145:13-20
13 Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom,
and your dominion endures through all generations.
The LORD is trustworthy in all he promises
and faithful in all he does.
14 The LORD upholds all who fall
and lifts up all who are bowed down.
15 The eyes of all look to you,
and you give them their food at the proper time.
16 You open your hand
and satisfy the desires of every living thing.
17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways
and faithful in all he does.
18 The LORD is near to all who call on him,
to all who call on him in truth.
19 He fulfills the desires of those who fear him;
he hears their cry and saves them.
20 The LORD watches over all who love him,
but all the wicked he will destroy.
Oh what a wonderful God I serve, I worship, I praise, and I live for!
He is..
.. trustworthy of His promises
.. faithful in ALL He does
.. provides at the PROPER time
.. righteous in ALL His ways
.. fulfills the desires
// Though most of these are conditional promises, it doesn’t change the fact that He is the kind of God who says He is. I can trust in Him. I can believe that what He says and impresses in my heart in line with His truth is real and true and will come to pass. All that He leads me to do is RIGHT. Best of all, He fulfills my desires (those desires that are in line with His will and His truth.) I must continually refine my life, my thought life, my speech life with His truth that what I desire will be in line with what He already has planned for me. TRUST ALWAYS. BELIEVE ALWAYS. FEAR & LOVE ALWAYS.
Lord, You are who You say YOU ARE! I pray that You would please help me in my journey with You every single day. I know it’s hard to sometimes trust when things aren’t exactly going they way they are in my own perception – yet I know Your ways are right, proper, and perfect. I thank YOU for being so consistent. I will live my life for YOU no matter what! Please help me to have strength to resist any form of ungodliness and that I will always be sensitive to YOUR presence in everything that I do, say or think about. BE GLORIFIED!!! I will trust in YOUR TRUTH – truth that never fails, never forsakes, always provides, fills up, and always trustworthy! I love You, Jesus. In Your name, amen.
