Fruit

Psalm 1:3
And he shall be like a tree firmly planted [and tended] by the streams of water, ready to bring forth its fruit in its season; its leaf also shall not fade or wither; and everything he does shall prosper [and come to maturity].

"..ready to bring forth its fruit in its season..."

The blessed person is one who yields and delights in the law of The Lord. For which, they yield fruit in season... Consistency is what brings the fruit. They don't always come every season because there is a time to plant, sow, and reap. What season are you in right now?

I definitely need to be more consistent in my times with The Lord in more reading and prayer. I know that as of right now, I am planting and sowing the seeds that I may one day reap the fruit in due season. Same with other areas in my life. I will continue to sow because I know that I will one day reap it in due time.

Lord, help me to always be guided by your Word. Lead me in my season of sowing that I may reap the fruit in due time. Help me to be consistent always. In Jesus' name, amen.
