"In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will..."
God works out everything in order that it aligns with his will.
How amazing is that?! God predestined things in our lives to work out everything that it will align to God's purposes. Even if things seem weird to us at times, He does work it out to align things according to His will.
"...and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is the same as the mighty strength he exerted when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every name that is invoked, not only in the present age but also in the one to come." (Ephesians 1:11, 19-21 NIV)
And even if we have times of not being able to understand what is going on, He gives us the power (same power who conquered death) to empower us to do the things He purposed.

Lord, thank you much! I pray that I would just have you hold me nod lead me wherever you want to take me, even if I do not understand it all. I trust ip you with everything. In Jesus' name, amen.
