For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. (2 Corinthians 5:4-5)
In this life, we will experience burdens, groanings, weakness, mortality - but God who designed us with this kind of life while on earth, has given us the Spirit that enables us to overcome and win on the things that life brings to us.
// God does bring situations in my life that help me to acknowledge and rely on His power. I will do so - daily and without hesitation. I know that God will empower and enable me to overcome the things that life throws at me - be weakness, fearsome matters, loneliness, etc. I know that God has His way of helping me overcome and I will trust in Him.
// Lord, I know that You know my struggles and You are reminding me You have given me the Holy Spirit to enable and empower me to overcome the things life brings - whether good or bad. Please help me to handle it carefully and just continually trusting in You in small or big things. I just lift everything and every single thing that life brings at Your care, in Jesus' name, amen.
