As believers, this is our constant important reminder. Many times even in practical living, we like to see the results immediately. Yethe know that many things in life take time to grow and be seen to its fullness. Therefore, it is important for us to focus on what is "yet unseen" - seeing them as though they were and pursuing forward without losing heart (v 1).
I will definitely need to FIX MY EYES ON THE UNSEEN. Constantly envision in faith what is to come - in my life, my spiritual walk with God, the ministry, church, my family, and relationships. I have live by faith. Seeing things as though they were in accordance to God's ways and guidance. Live by faith and not by what is seen...
Practically speaking, I need not to lose heart in losing weight. I sometimes just get discouraged easily because I do not see things yet, but in the same way, I ought to see the unseen - seeing what it's going to be afterwards.
Lord, please forgive me for losing heart when I don't see things come to place yet. Help me to see what is unseen in accordance to your ways and word. Please help me overcome my belief by constantly believing in you. In Jesus' name, amen.
